POLICY

• Once you place an order the payment will take 2 days to get to me once payment is received your order will be fulfilled.
• Shipping is 2-3 business days (does NOT include weekends). If you place your order on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.
• Most natural color wigs can be shipped same day or next day
• Certain hair textures and colors need time to be made. If the wig is not in stock, it may need 3 days to be made after shipping its 3-5 business days.
• Please order accordingly if you have special events planned
• Returns and Refunds: I will only accept a return 1-3 days after you have received your hair. If there is a mistake on my end, I will do everything I can to make sure I fix the issue. I do not offer refunds unless an error has been made on my end. If there is an issue once you have received your hair, please return it for a full refund or correction of the issue. Thank you!
• All sales are FINAL. Although all sales are final, if there was a mistake on my end, I will do my best to fix the situation. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it unworn, with the tag, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase. Please inspect your order upon receiving it contact me immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that I may resolve the situation.
