- Yes , delivery is available depending on where you are located an additional delivery fee will be added (Located in Palm Beach County - City : Delray Beach)
- Q: "Is pickup available for hair on hand?"
- Yes , if you would like to pick up from me directly just click contact in my bio on my Instagram page once full payment is sent, the address will be sent to you.
- Q: "Do you ship?"
- Yes, Worldwide
- Q: "How long does shipping take?"
- Shipping is 2-3 Business days does not include weekends. If you order on a Friday it will be shipped the following Monday.
- Q: "What density and textures are available?
- 180% & 250% All Textures are available. If you don’t see a texture or a density that you would like on the site, please message me
- Q: "Do you accept refunds?"
- I kindly do not offer refunds unless it is an issue on my end. If there is an issue when you receive your hair, please return it for a full refund or I can correct the issue. Thank you!
- Q: "How can I pay for hair on hand?"
- Pre-order: Cash, Apple Pay, and Zelle is accepted. Through the website, you can pay with the available options at checkout.
- Q: "What happens after I place my order?"
- After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. The payment will take 2 days to get to me and once received I will then begin preparing your order. Keep in mind, the unit is made based on the order. Once your order is prepared, it will be shipped out through FedEx and you will receive a tracking number.
- Q: "When will I receive my tracking number?"
- Typically in 1-2 business days
